I went to the Seattle Rock n’ Roll Expo today.  I love Expo day… free stuff!  Today’s Expo was great – a lot of the typical giveaways along with a coupon from PF Changs for free lettuce wraps.  I picked up a water bottle, a free t-shirt from Women’s Running magazine, many energy and fuel samples.  I also found out a about product called The Stick.  The Stick is a massage tool to help loosen up muscles…the mini-massage that I got at the demo booth has aroused my interest.  A quick google search yields many positive reviews. I may have to pick up one of these :)   Anyway – race day is tomorrow.  Race report to follow as soon as I can. Have a happy weekend!
